PRODUCT LEAD TIMES?
Lead time on hand painted terracotta collections is 12-14 weeks for production. Collections with a shorter lead time include Loggia, Motiff, Strada , Lorca, Kavim. Please ask for specific lead times from your Tabarka representative.
SHOULD I ORDER EXTRA TILE?
We automatically add 10% waste when calculating the amount of product(cases) needed. It is common practice and we always recommend ordering an additional 10% for overage or future repairs.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Our shipping service is within the Continental US only, however we are happy to help with orders from outside the U.S. Please email sales@tabarkastudio.com with your inquiry.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
The ETA will be listed on your PO confirmation and your sales rep will confirm. Should the order finish earlier than the listed ETA, it will be released for shipment. Be advised there is no order storage located in our factory. Stocked items are picked and packed in order of submission sequence and released for shipment as soon as prepared.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

WHICH OF YOUR PRODUCTS CAN I USE OUTSIDE?
Our hand painted terracotta is not recommended for exterior applications. We do, however, offer a number of products that can be used in outdoor and wet applications, including our Loggia, Parker & Simon, Strada, Balagan, Lorca, Sestiere, and Terrazzo Cement. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR INSTALLATION IN A SHOWER?
Our Loggia, Parker & Simon, Strada, Balagan, Lorca, Sestiere, and Terrazzo products are suitable for installation on shower walls, shower floors, niches and benches. Our hand painted terracotta can be used on shower walls starting at about 6”-8” above the shower pan. These tiles should not be used on the shower floor, on niches, or on shower benches. CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SIZE AND COLOR OF YOUR HAND PAINTED TERRACOTTA?
Yes! Most of our hand painted terracotta products can be produced in any color found on our color palette. Many square tiles can be resized to a different square size ranging from a 3” x 3” to a 9 ¾” x 9 ¾”. Pricing may vary when making size or color adjustments so be sure to check with your preferred Tabarka Dealer as to how these changes will affect your order.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on any of our products in order to minimize inconsistencies. We encourage viewing multiple samples prior to ordering.
