Lead times
Each custom hand-painted terracotta piece is made to order, with an estimated production lead time of 6–8 weeks.
Shipping time is not included, and transit time varies by destination.
Grout
We recommend a 3/16" to 1/4" grout joint for installation. Due to the handmade nature of our terracotta tiles, slight variations in size and shape are expected. It is more important that the tiles are visually aligned and balanced than that the grout joints appear perfectly uniform.
Each tile is individually handmade and hand-painted, resulting in natural variations in color, tone, and dimension that are inherent to the artistry of our process. These characteristics are not defects but part of the unique charm and authenticity of our material.
For grout color, we suggest Antique White or Off White with our Off White tile color. If your tile background is a true white, a brighter white grout can be selected for a cleaner, more seamless look.
The hexagon, known as nature’s perfect shape, becomes the ideal frame for this collection. Architectural notes marry simple shapes with much movement; both geometric and floral influences create a mesmerizing effect while the hexagon adds yet another dimension.
Capitalizing on the popularity of this elemental motif recurring in today’s contemporary design, we sourced our inspiration in part from the stunning Museo Soumaya in Mexico City.
